Our pre-kindergarten program covers 15 lessons per week. The program is principally designed for children between 3 and 4 years of age, with some activities shared with the kindergarten children.

The mixed-age class composition is enriching for the children in many ways. They have the opportunity to participate in different learning activities according to their individual needs. Also, such classes extend social learning; the younger ones profit from the older ones and vice versa.

In the Kinderwelt Kuessnacht, maximum enrollment is 20 children; our teacher to student ratio will always be at least one teacher for every ten students. In order to be accepted, a child must be 3 years old.

Basic offer

The pre-kindergarten can be attended on an all-day or half-day basis.

The cost of the complete daily pre-kindergarten from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. is

CHF 1600.- per month.
(including snack, lunch, holiday program)

The half daily Pre-Kindergarten can be visited from 9 a.m. - 12 noon
(including snack, half-day holiday program)

or

from 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
(including snack, half-day holiday program)

The cost per half day is CHF 40. –

The pre-kindergarten offer can be combined with the following options:

During public school holidays, the Kinderwelt Kuessnacht remains mostly open (see current/calendar). In place of official instruction, mixed-age project weeks for the children will take place during this time.
